Wearly may temporarily process visible face-related information contained in a user-provided photo only as part of the virtual try-on image generation process.
Wearly does not collect face geometry, facial landmarks, face templates, biometric identifiers, or face recognition data.
Wearly does not use face data to identify users.

Photos that may contain face data are processed only to generate the requested try-on result. The photo may be temporarily transmitted to our secure backend and/or third-party AI image-processing providers solely for the purpose of generating the try-on preview.
Face data and uploaded try-on photos are retained only for the time necessary to complete the try-on request and are deleted after processing. In any case, Wearly does not retain uploaded try-on photos or face data for longer than 24 hours, unless a longer period is required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or troubleshooting a user-requested support issue.
Generated try-on results may be displayed in the app and may be saved by you if you choose to save them. If you save a generated result, the saved image may remain available in your account until you delete it or request deletion.
