When you create an account or sign in to Wearly, we may collect:

- Authentication information provided through Apple, Google, or email login

- User identifier associated with your account

- Basic account status, such as whether you have an active subscription

We use this information to create and manage your account, authenticate you, restore access, and provide app functionality.

### 1.2 Style Preferences and App Inputs

Wearly may collect information you provide inside the app, such as:

- Style preference

- Age range

- Clothing preferences

- Saved outfits

- Favorites

- Closet items you choose to add

- App settings and personalization choices

We use this information to personalize outfit recommendations and improve your experience.

### 1.3 Location Data

Wearly uses location data to provide weather-based outfit recommendations.

When you allow location access, Wearly may use your approximate or precise location while the app is in use to retrieve relevant weather information for your area.

Location data is used for the following purposes:

- To show local weather conditions

- To generate outfit recommendations based on the weather

- To improve the relevance of styling suggestions

Wearly does not sell your location data. Wearly does not use location data for third-party advertising. Wearly does not permanently store your precise location on our servers.

You can control location access at any time through your device settings. If you choose not to allow location access, some weather-based features may be limited or may require manual input.

### 1.4 Photos and Try-On Images

Wearly includes an optional virtual try-on feature that allows you to upload or take a photo to preview outfit suggestions.

If you choose to use the try-on feature, we may process:

- The photo you upload or take

- The generated try-on output image

- Basic technical metadata necessary to process the request, such as file size, image format, and request status

Photos are used only to provide the try-on feature requested by you.

### 1.5 Face Data

Because photos used in the try-on feature may include your face, Apple may consider this “face data.” Wearly does not use face data for identification, authentication, face recognition, biometric profiling, or building a face database.

Wearly may temporarily process visible face-related information contained in a user-provided photo only as part of the virtual try-on image generation process.

Wearly does not collect face geometry, facial landmarks, face templates, biometric identifiers, or face recognition data.

Wearly does not use face data to identify users.

Wearly does not use face data for advertising.

Wearly does not sell face data.

Wearly does not create or maintain a database of face data.

Wearly does not permanently store face data.

Photos that may contain face data are processed only to generate the requested try-on result. The photo may be temporarily transmitted to our secure backend and/or third-party AI image-processing providers solely for the purpose of generating the try-on preview.

Face data and uploaded try-on photos are retained only for the time necessary to complete the try-on request and are deleted after processing. In any case, Wearly does not retain uploaded try-on photos or face data for longer than 24 hours, unless a longer period is required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or troubleshooting a user-requested support issue.

Generated try-on results may be displayed in the app and may be saved by you if you choose to save them. If you save a generated result, the saved image may remain available in your account until you delete it or request deletion.

### 1.6 Usage Data

We may collect limited usage and device information, such as:

- Features used

- App interactions

- Device type

- Operating system version

- App version

- Crash logs and diagnostics

- Subscription status events

We use this information to operate, debug, secure, and improve Wearly.

### 1.7 Subscription and Purchase Information

Wearly offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

We do not collect or store your full payment card information. Payments are processed by Apple.

We may receive subscription status information through Apple and RevenueCat, such as:

- Whether your subscription is active

- Subscription product identifier

- Renewal status

- Trial status, if applicable

- Purchase or expiration date

- Anonymous app user identifier or account-linked user identifier

We use this information to unlock premium features and manage subscription access.

## 2. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through Wearly to:

- Provide weather-based outfit recommendations

- Personalize styling suggestions

- Enable virtual try-on functionality

- Create and manage your account

- Save your preferences, outfits, closet items, and favorites

- Manage subscriptions and premium access

- Improve app performance and reliability

- Provide customer support

- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, or fraud

- Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

## 3. Third-Party Services

Wearly may use third-party services to operate the app, including:

- Firebase, for authentication, database, and app infrastructure

- RevenueCat, for subscription management

- Weather data providers, for weather-based recommendations

- AI image-processing providers, for optional virtual try-on features

- Analytics, diagnostics, or crash reporting services, if enabled

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and only as necessary to provide their services to Wearly.

For the try-on feature, uploaded photos may be transmitted to third-party AI image-processing providers solely to generate the requested try-on result. These providers are not permitted by us to use your photos or face data for advertising, user identification, or creating biometric profiles.

## 4. How We Share Information

We may share limited information only in the following situations:

- With service providers who help us operate Wearly

- With Apple and RevenueCat for subscription management

- With AI processing providers when you use the optional try-on feature

- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

- To protect the rights, safety, and security of Wearly, our users, or others

- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information, photos, or face data.

## 5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide Wearly, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve app functionality.

Account information is retained while your account remains active.

Style preferences, closet items, saved outfits, favorites, and history may be retained until you delete them, delete your account, or request deletion.

Uploaded try-on photos and face data are retained only for the time necessary to complete the try-on request and are deleted after processing. In any case, Wearly does not retain uploaded try-on photos or face data for longer than 24 hours, unless required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or user-requested support.

Subscription records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and subscription management.

## 6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

- Access the personal information we hold about you

- Request correction of inaccurate information

- Request deletion of your information

- Object to or restrict certain processing
